PricewaterhouseCoopers supports new beginnings at Grange Park. |

One of the largest assurance, tax and advisory services in the UK has kindly supported Grange Park Cricket Club in its inaugural year. By sponsoring the club, PwC has helped to ensure that this newly formed group develop it’s senior and junior sections as well as bring Grange Park closer together as a community through sport.
Ben Young, senior manager say’s "PwC in Milton Keynes are very happy to support Grange Park Cricket Club in their objectives and the club has clearly made a positive contribution to those in its locality." With their support the cricket club has managed to secure new equipment for all levels and ages.
Steve Cates, Secretary of GPCC says "The sponsorship enabled the purchase of three kwik cricket sets and the setting up of weekly kwik cricket fun sessions on Foxfield Park on Thursday evening between 6pm - 7pm. High numbers of youngsters have turned up, both boys and girls, on these regular sessions. This has been so successful, that the club have now decided to hold an Annual Kwik Cricket Tournament on Foxfield Park in Grange Park on the 19th August. More details will be released shortly.
Stuart Butler, club captain is pictured below receiving the equipment from Ben Young, PwC, with some of the players who took part in 20/20 game against staff at PwC Milton Keynes at Emberton on the 11th July 2006. The game went to the last ball of the game with GPCC just scraping a hard fought win.
